Blanc Limé is made to an authentic French recipe. Quality dry white wine with a dash of lime, gentle spritz and a subtle touch of fragrant herbs. Fifty years ago this was the style in the cafés of south-west France, yet it might have disappeared without the efforts of restaurateur Jean-Pierre Xiradakis.   

Co-owner of the celebrated Bordeaux eatery La Tupina, Jean-Pierre is a traditionalist and set about reviving the fortunes of his Blanc Limé.   

Zippy citrus flavours with refreshing sweet notes and gentle bubbles. Drink between courses as an apéritif or anytime you require refreshment - at only 7% you can afford to have another glass!
