This tongue-tingling fizz was once reserved for exclusive ristorantes in Bologna, but our buyers convinced winemaker Lorenzo Bertot to part with a few cases of his uplifting fizz ... and customers love it!   

A chilled glass of Pignoletto is deliciouly uplifting and makes an ideal aperitif ... but why not add a bit of sparkle to picnics or enjoy with classic dishes from Bologna like tortellini in brodo?
