Here's how the world's freshest rosé was made. Sam Trimboli keeps a close eye on his old pal Rocky Rombola's prize Shiraz. When it's perfectly ripe, Sam says "GO!" and the team picks through the night. Speed is key - fruit is gently pressed - Sam works his magic - bottled fresh-as-a-daisy - no fancy label, just shipped straight to you.
Wonderful deep salmon-pink hue. Knockout fresh raspberry, cherry and strawberry aromas and flavours, all kept extra fresh under screwcap. Crisp and lively with plenty of food-friendly richness too.
