Nestled amongst the vineyards of the illustrious Blayais region, Chateau la Rose Bellevue has been producing wine for four generations. Current proprietors, Jean-Pierre and Nicole Eymas make the wine, along with their son Jérôme & his wife Valérie.
The winery has won scores of awards, including a top recommendation from the Hachette Wine Guide. Jérôme worked for leading estates across Australia, Chile and France where he gained valuable experience in new winemaking techniques.
Salmon pink in colour with vibrant aromas of strawberry, cherry and violets. Refreshing and generous mouthfuls of ripe red fruit with creamy undertones. Lovely as a glass on its own or with roast chicken, goats cheese or light Summery dishes.
