This fabulous berry-scented gem hails from the sun-kissed plains of Toulouse. Made in extremely small quantities by Jean-Pierre Chanteraud - a winemaker who is a cult figure to rosé specialists. Almost every bottle of his mouthwatering wine is snapped up by Toulouse's most stylish restaurants!   

Cour des Consuls demands star billing because it's made from the rare and thoroughly delicious Négrette grape - perfect for rosé wine as it is "subtle, perfumed and flirtatious" (Jancis Robinson, MW).   

Deliciously rich colour with fresh strawberries and cream perfume and a really juicy, red berry palate that's refreshing and pure. Perfect with seafood or light summer salads.
