Aresti Estate Old Vines Sauvignon Blanc 2007

Founded half a century ago, Aresti Estate are renowned for producing extremely high quality estate-bottled wine - and this patch of Sauvignon vines (nearly 50 years), is particularly rare. 



This exceptionally crisp Sauvignon is made along very organic lines as Aresti's vineyards are blessed with Eden-like conditions. The old-vine fruit is harvested at night and fermented at low temperature to keep all its enticing character.
