Monte Viejo Macabeo 2007

Ripe Macabeo that's packed with intense apricot and fresh peach flavour. Complex and well-balanced, it's a fantastic value alternative to pricier whites from Rueda. 



The grapes for this refreshing white were picked very early in the morning to avoid the harsh heat of the Spanish sun. They were then pressed quickly and fermented in cool, stainless steel tanks to keep the maximum aromatic fruit flavours in the wine. 



Wonderfully crisp, with hints of blossom and ripe tropical fruit,Monte Viejo Macabeo is delicious enjoyed on its own, or partnered with seafood salads and white fish.
