Bill Calabria's take on pure, hedonistic Viognier - the grape famous for the £20-a-bottle, finest whites of the Rhône.   

Bill's grapes come from a favoured slope, are night-harvested and ever-so-carefully handled to capture the full array of apricot and peach flavours, enhanced by gentle barrel-ageing.
