Over the years, a series of brilliant young winemakers have helped New World master Brian Wilson craft this stunning Sauvignon. The result has been an intensity of flavour rarely seen outside of New Zealand.
In 2006, rising star Marc Hoody was dealt the perfect hand with a 'cooler' vintage - absolutely ideal for Sauvignon. Night harvesting sealed in the freshness and cool fermentation intensified the flavours. Marc was thrilled … and knows you will be too.
Vibrant green gold with lemon, grass and gooseberry aromas. A big, succulent mouthful of fruit - crisp crunchy apple, zippy lime and generous gooseberry. Moreish on its own and delicious with grilled goat's cheese or seafood.
