This fruity, versatile Aussie red from Murray Darling marries the classic Bordeaux grapes, cassis-scented Cabernet Sauvignon and silken Merlot, into a really easy-drinking style.
2005 was a fantastic vintage Down Under too. Thanks to the long, cool Summer, the grapes enjoyed a perfect ripening period. These great conditions kept the fruit in top condition so winemaker Kim Hart could really make the most of the ripe flavours.
